Mon/ 3 rods on today 2 Carp ! Feeder, Little Egret guest in Isle. Cloudy and damp. Just 2 night rods at present. Tue/ Had to lay up today with my Back problem, No reports of runs. Wed/ Low presure front Rain due Easterly breeze, 3 Carpers on today, Carp showing. Thu/ Lovely sunny morning 1Lost Carp last night, 2 Pike rods on today , both with Jacks to nets. Fri/ Another mild day, 2 Carpers on riverside so far, A little quite on the runs last 24 hours. Sat/ Last night saw 2 Stockies to nets, from the 5 on. Tonight 3 rods on so far. Sun/ A cracking 22lb Common to net to a riverside rod early hours. 2 other Carpers on for the day.
